• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful email or texts or contact recipients without required consent.
• Forge signatures, impersonate others, falsify audit records, or misrepresent document status.
• Upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or infringing content.
• Use unreasonable automation or the Service for fraud, unlawful lending, or discrimination.

Enforcement

We may investigate and remove content, limit delivery, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.
