Subscription Terms
Effective: September 8, 2026
These terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid Contractor360 plans.
1. Paid access
A subscription starts after successful payment. There is no free trial unless checkout expressly says otherwise. The selected plan includes the features and limits displayed at purchase.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. You authorize recurring charges, including taxes, at the disclosed current rate.
3. Price changes
We may change prices prospectively and will provide notice required by law before a new renewal price applies.
4. Cancellation
Cancel through Settings → Billing or the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect after the paid period. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel billing.
5. Refunds and failed payments
Payments are non-refundable unless law or checkout says otherwise. After failure we may retry, request another method, or suspend paid access. Accrued charges remain due.
6. Data after cancellation
After access ends, records may become unavailable and later be deleted under retention practices. Export records required for business or legal purposes before cancellation takes effect.
